The Fat Girl Fitness Plan is a progressive 3 month exercise program that is broken into three levels. The beginner or Green level starts with a base of beginner exercises. For the next month, each week new exercises are added to the beginner base of exercises.
The next month is the intermediate or Yellow level. This level begins with a new base of intermediate base of exercises. For the next month, each week new exercises are added to the intermediate base of exercises.
The final month is the advanced or Red level. This level begins with a new base of advanced base of exercises. For the next month, each week new exercises are added to the advanced base of exercises.
